Incident
Captain Hall and fellow firefighters responded to an ATV rollover. As he established a landing zone for a medical helicopter, Captain Hall began experiencing chest pain. Treatment was initiated and he was transported to King's Daughters' Medical Center in Ashland where he died of an apparent heart attack.
