Deputy Stacia Alyea was killed in an accident while in pursuit of a drunk driver.
Deputy Alyea received an award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving a week prior to the accident for her work in drunk driving enforcement.
The drunk driver was arrested but denied that the accident was his fault.
