EMT Ricky Allen Seiner

EMT Seiner was struck by a passing vehicle while assisting a driver at the scene of an accident. EMT Seiner was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

In addition to his service with the Citizens Memorial Hospital EMS, EMT Seiner had also served with Polk County Fire and Rescue and Polk County Ambulance, and had previously worked for Polk County 911 as a dispatcher.
