Master Sergeant Cosper was involved in a motor vehicle crash with a school bus while responding with lights and siren to a domestic disturbance call. The school bus failed to yield the right of way and attempted a left turn into the path of the police vehicle.
Master Sergeant Cosper was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died of his injuries.
