Incident

Ms. Aldridge was at home when the rescue squad was dispatched to a reported motor vehicle crash. As she ran from her home to her car, she suddenly collapsed from what was later determined to be a pulmonary embolism.

In addition to serving with the Rescue Squad, Ms. Aldridge served as a dispatcher with the Pennyrile Emergency Assistance Center.
