Officers were pursuing a vehicle that subsequently crashed and the driver fled on foot. After a short foot chase, the subject was located and taken into custody. As they were walking back to their patrol vehicles, Officer Tinsley collapsed. Resuscitative efforts were initiated and he was transported to a local hospital where he later died.

Always a greet or a wave as he walked by cashier booth parking garage at work. May comfort peace and only the love God can provide surround his family at this difficult time.
