Incident
Firefighter Stewart was killed in a tanker rollover as he and another firefighter responded to assist Monroe Township Fire Department.
Firefighter Stewart, who was driving, was trapped beneath the wreckage when the fuel tank ruptured and the apparatus became engulged in flames. He suffered burns over 90% of his body and died later the same day.
He was home from studies at Cincinnati Bible College at the time of the incident.
