Firefighter Robert Wayne Duff

At approximately 10:05 p.m., Firefighter Duff responded to a vehicle fire on an emergency basis. A few minutes into the response, all units were canceled, and Firefighter Duff returned home.

The next day, Firefighter Duff told his family he did not feel well and asked them to call for an ambulance.

Firefighter Duff went into cardiac arrest as EMS was transporting him to an area hospital. He was pronounced deceased in the Emergency Department at 5:22 p.m.
