Deputy Johnson and another deputy were attempting to serve commitment papers when Deputy Johnson was shot and killed.
Deputy Johnson was attempting to throw a tear gas canister into the house after the suspects threatening remarks when the suspect shot Deputy Johnson in the abdomen with a 12 gauge shotgun.
