My thoughts and prayers to the family and to the members of the Washington TWP Fire Department. We lost a member of our department just over a year ago.It will be a rough few days but just remember time heals all wounds and keep your friends and family close during these trying times. Mark was a very good child, a terrific teen, and a great young man. He put his life on the line to protect others and he will forever be remembered. I was proud to call him my nephew and he will be deeply missed by his family. God bless you Mark.

I may not know Mark directly but we work under the same trustee. I can say his dedication and service to this community will be missed. If I can say this...to his family and friends, remember him as he was and how he served, a son, a husband, a father, a co-worker, our friend. This is the true way to have him in mind. May God have the family and friends in our prayers.

Thank you all for your prayers for my family and my brother, Mark. This is a very trying time for us all. We have lost a true blessing to this world. He was taken too early from this world but I hold comfort in that he left this world doing what he loved doing, helping others. I love you little brother.
