The Brotherhood has lost a dedicated Volunteer, we will continue to keep his Wife and children in the embrace of a grateful community. The Firefighters of the Washington Township FD will continue to have my prayers. The Allen County/Fort Wayne first responder community mourns with you.
May our Father in Heaven open the gates of paradise and take you in my fallen brother. May God take his hand and comfort the family and friends of Mark. God Speed my Brother.
My thoughts and prayers to the family and to the members of the Washington TWP Fire Department. We lost a member of our department just over a year ago.It will be a rough few days but just remember time heals all wounds and keep your friends and family close during these trying times. Rest in peace brother.

The young age and the young family magnifies this loss all the more. May the God of peace encompass all of you in His arms.
Mark was a very good child, a terrific teen, and a great young man. He put his life on the line to protect others and he will forever be remembered. I was proud to call him my nephew and he will be deeply missed by his family. God bless you Mark.
My prayers and the prayers of your fellow firefighters at Goshen and Elkhart Township FD's are with Mark's wife, children, family, and the heroes of Washington TWP FD. We are grieved by your loss and reminded once again of the price that is often paid to protect the lives and well-being of our citizens. Thank you, Mark, for giving your all. You are truly a hero and an inspiration to us all. God bless.
I may not know Mark directly but we work under the same trustee. I can say his dedication and service to this community will be missed. If I can say this...to his family and friends, remember him as he was and how he served, a son, a husband, a father, a co-worker, our friend. This is the true way to have him in mind. May God have the family and friends in our prayers.
Thank you all for your prayers for my family and my brother, Mark. This is a very trying time for us all. We have lost a true blessing to this world. He was taken too early from this world but I hold comfort in that he left this world doing what he loved doing, helping others. I love you little brother.
Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone. May God give you peace and strength during this most difficult time.
