In 1976 I was a teenager and watched as the men and women, Capt. Hall in particular, worked on the Hitchins Fire Department as we were building a new Church right across the street. Capt. Hall worked tirelessly to ensure the citizens of Hitchins had a fire department and the equipment necessary to protect the lives and property of his neighbors. Capt. Hall will be sorely missed and KY. truley has lost a hometown hero.
Captain Hall identified a need in his community and dedicated his life to insuring that the need was met. God has a special place in heaven for him.
Brother Fire Fighter Captain Worne T. Hall your compassion for your brothers & sister in Grayson County have touched the hearts of all communities. Most of all the foundation you help create will go unnoticed for the Fire Service. May You Rest in Peace!
Rest in peace sir. What a testimony to the type person this hero was at age 86 and was still serving. Prayers for the family, friends and his department.
